Requesting Incident Reports

Incident reports are filed for every emergency response. A small fee may apply with requests, dependent on the agency involved, and the requestors involvement in the incident. Availability of the report varies upon the incident and the investigation of the incident if applicable.

To request a copy of an incident report, contact the Community Risk Reduction Office at (831) 685-6698, or submit a request online through our Incident Report Request Form.

Note: Due to HIPAA requirements, requests for reports with medical information (Pre-Hospital Care Requests) will require additional authorization, available through the Administrative Office.
